WHY LEARN TO DANCE?
Learning to dance in any style is a great way to help keep the brain active and the body moving. Body strength and core control can improve through dance and therefore coordination and balance will improve. Self confidence and self expression can be improved and you will often make new friends in classes.
At FloFitness we offer Zumba Fitness, Zumba Gold, Dance Fitness, Dance Mix Gold and Barre Fitness classes. These classes are designed to be upbeat and inspiring to help you get your body moving, burning calories and having fun whilst exercising. The routines change every couple of weeks so you can get to learn them, get into the music and the movement. Kym, your teacher, has been dancing since the age of 4 starting with Ballet, Ballroom & Latin and then pursuing her training in Contemporary Dance.
